Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All items are made to order, which means that we CANNOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges, the only exception to this rule is detailed below for damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective
If an item you received is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Photographic evidence will be required. Upon approval, further instruction will be provided as to how to return the item.

Missing Shipment
If you did not receive your item, please contact us within 14 days of its scheduled delivery date. Upon verification of the issue, further details will be provided.
